What's at stake
On 18 October 2025, at ARES 35 at the Zénith de Strasbourg, Jordan Zebo pulled off an upset by knocking out Baysangur Chamsoudinov, known as Baki, in round four after three tough rounds. Baki, welterweight champion since May 2025 and unbeaten until then, lost his belt and the first fight of his professional career.
Baki later revealed he had fought with a torn cruciate ligament in his left knee, which was operated on after the bout, and he has not fought since. The rematch, announced in late July, is over five five-minute rounds instead of three, with the ARES welterweight title on the line.
Schedule
The show was first set for Saturday 7 November and was moved to Friday 20 November. Tickets bought for the original date remain valid. The promotion has not yet detailed the rest of the card.
On TV
ARES events air in France on Canal+ (Canal+ Sport 360) and internationally on UFC Fight Pass. The start time for this show has not been published yet.
